One Connected Experience
Accommodations, food, beverages and event programming come together in a “Festival All-Inclusive” offer for guests. The model is designed to give event companies one coordinated hospitality platform.
The ExperienceResorts
A better resort for established events
A purpose-built resort for established events in the tropical paradise of the United States Virgin Islands. Hospitality, production and gathering spaces are designed to work together around your event and its community.
The opportunity
We're where they stay, celebrate, eat, drink, love and return.
You bring a proven event, its audience and the programming they love. We provide a destination designed around the full week, so the venue no longer dictates the experience.

Our Model
Established event companies often make costly advance commitments to cruise ships or hotels that were never designed for their program. We've developed a fully integrated, event resort that puts the event first.
Accommodations, food, beverages and event programming come together in a “Festival All-Inclusive” offer for guests. The model is designed to give event companies one coordinated hospitality platform.
Your event keeps its own name, identity and relationship with its audience. Dedicated event sites can connect from this master site, with each event’s story and booking journey in its own space.
Our proposed joint venture removes the upfront venue commitment: we bring the resort and infrastructure; you lead the event, audience, talent and event costs. The resort is reimbursed first, then agreed event costs; remaining profits are shared 50/50, with event IP jointly owned, subject to definitive terms.
Shared tables and a full week together give guests time to connect beyond the program. Those friendships help turn an event into a tradition people want to revisit.

The Experience
Guests can eat every meal and snack whenever they like, day or night. Drinks, including top-shelf alcohol, are part of the whole package. Bring your friends and share the whole week together. We call it “Festival All-Inclusive.”
Meet Our Chefs“People arrive for the event and return for each other.”
Shared dining tables for up to 12 let friends stay together, meet others and make the week their own. That sense of belonging is the glue that helps bring attendees back the following year.

The planned Saturday-to-Saturday format gives event partners room for performances, discovery, downtime and the moments between the main stages.
St. Croix · U.S. Virgin Islands
An island with its own story, and a Caribbean setting with a simpler journey for many U.S. guests. The planned campus brings event spaces and hospitality together in one destination.

Indigenous communities lived here long before European colonization. St. Croix later became a Danish sugar colony shaped by enslaved African labor and emancipation in 1848. The United States purchased the Danish West Indies in 1917.
U.S. citizens arriving from the U.S. mainland or Puerto Rico do not need a passport to visit St. Croix. Guests still need acceptable identification and should check the documents for their route and return journey, especially when traveling through another country.
Henry E. Rohlsen Airport serves St. Croix. Flights from the U.S. mainland and regional connections make the island accessible; schedules and group airlift should be planned around each event’s dates and audience.

Our Tech
Our stages, lighting and audio systems are in position and waiting for your event. Permanently. The money you typically spend on temporary stages, lighting, transport and setup can instead contribute to your profits.
The planned stage is a permanent structure, designed for hurricane conditions. It remains in position between events, eliminating the routine cycle of putting a temporary stage up and taking it down.
Moving lights, other lighting and audio equipment are costly to transport and rent repeatedly. Our planned systems stay installed on site and can be configured to each event's production specifications.
For artists who require it, previsualization lets production teams prepare and coordinate lighting and sound cues before the performance, so the creative and technical teams can arrive with a shared plan.
Our backline support includes guitars, keyboards and drum kits. We work through artists' technical riders with event partners and agents so the required equipment can be in place before talent arrives.
Technical inventory, configurations and weather engineering will be confirmed as the resort design and artist requirements are finalized.

Off the Property
St. Croix gives guests more to discover between the moments you create. Its reefs, protected wildlife and coastal landscape can become part of the wider week.

Sandy Point National Wildlife Refuge protects important nesting habitat for leatherback sea turtles. It is a conservation story to appreciate, with seasonal access and no promise of a sighting.
Explore the refuge ↗Just off St. Croix, Buck Island Reef National Monument offers guided snorkeling among protected coral reefs. Trips are arranged through approved operators.
Explore Buck Island ↗St. Croix’s north shore is known for scuba diving at Cane Bay. It offers another way for guests to experience the island beyond the resort.
Explore island diving ↗Hike through the north shore’s forest to naturally formed pools along the rocky coast. The round trip is roughly five miles and can be challenging, making it a rewarding outing for prepared guests.
Explore the tide pools ↗Island activities are separate from the resort’s included food and beverages; availability, operators and access vary.

Food brings the community together
The meal is part of the event, not a break from it. Festival All-Inclusive gives guests food and beverages throughout their stay, with time and space to gather around the table.

Our Partners & Events
The Experience Resorts works with some of the biggest names in hospitality. Our initial campus will feature 4.5 star and 5 star room products with 4 star categories coming online in 2030.
Each partner event will have a dedicated site for its own audience, program and booking journey. As events are announced, guests will be able to find those sites from this hub, the event company’s website and participating hotel partners’ sites—with the potential to reach hotel audiences that collectively number in the hundreds of millions.
Discuss your event siteWe’re working with experienced producers who already know their audience and have a track record of bringing people together.
