SOLD OUT: $32K FOR A TWO-BED TENT AND MUSIC!

Coachella 2025 is rapidly approaching, and the buzz is growing among both newcomers and seasoned festival-goers. It’s well-known that Coachella’s cost has been rising, with lodging options varying from local hotels and Airbnbs—with prices reaching up to $8,900—to Coachella’s own Safari Campgrounds, which offer luxury tents and cabanas starting at $10,000 a weekend. The Resort at Coachella provides lavish two-bed yurts starting at $32,000 for a 4-night stay, complete with luxuries such as breakfast in bed, VIP tickets and unlimited drinks, but no plumbing.

Despite the high prices, super fans continue to buy up the most expensive and exotic offerings provided at most music festivals. The Coachella phenomenon isn’t an isolated occurrence. The Experience Resorts, a Florida-based event venue company will add three permanent stages to more than 1,000 rooms on its newly planned Bahamas resort, which features all-inclusive gourmet meals, served festival style, seven bottom-less bars, 800 meters of white sand beach and all-hours music, one week at a time.

“We’ve designed a one-stop venue for promoters of themed-cruises, destination events and music festivals”, said Pete Wilhelm, VP of Event Acquisitions for The Experience Resorts. “We are built for large volume in every sense of the term. The key difference is that the best features are available to everyone.”

The group expects to add as many as 2,000 more bungalow housing units as demand grows by larger promoters and artists who are eager to expand their products to the superfan communities. Events are slated to begin in June, 2026, with week-long tickets going on sale a year in advance.
